V-Belt Measuring Tool 14–100" – practical measuring tool for quickly determining the width and length of common standard V-belts

The measuring tool allows the correct V-belt size to be determined directly from an existing belt. It is suitable for A, B, 3L, 4L and 5L belt profiles as well as belt widths of 10, 13 and 16 mm. The belt length measuring range extends from 14 to 100". The tool can be used as a portable device or permanently mounted at a measuring station – ideal for workshops, spare parts stores and field service.

Application

• Place the V-belt over the upper and lower pulley halves
• Pull the movable pulley half down until the belt is taut
• Read the position of the belt back on the scale to determine belt width or profile
• Read the corresponding belt length in inches from the measuring window
• Example: 4L / 1/2" with a length of 46.5" provides the corresponding V-belt size
