Oil Drain Valve 3/8"-18 NPTF with Protective Cap – practical retrofit solution for easy and clean oil changes on small engines

The oil drain valve is installed directly into the engine's oil drain port in place of the existing drain plug. For an oil change, remove the black protective cap and attach a suitable drain hose to the 12.7 mm (1/2") connection. This allows used oil to be directed into a suitable collection container.

To open the valve, turn the plastic cap and then pull it back by approx. 0.5 mm. The engine oil can then drain in a controlled manner. After the oil change, close the valve and cover the hose connection with the black protective cap.
