SRI Toucan Pack Absorbent Storage and Recycling Station – mobile all-in-one station for storing, dispensing and recycling absorbent material for liquid spills in workshops
The Toucan Pack operates with Fibercan+, a natural absorbent based on lignocellulosic fibres. The absorbent immediately captures liquids and leaves no greasy film. Its integrated sifting system separates reusable absorbent from soiled material so that clean material can be used again.
Absorbent is taken from the storage compartment and spread over the spill. The collected material is then placed on the integrated sifter. Operating the mechanism returns clean absorbent to the storage compartment while the soiled material falls into the waste collection tank. According to the manufacturer, this process can reduce absorbent consumption and waste by a factor of 8.
