TREYSIT SIROMETER Tachometer – mechanical instrument for measuring speed and frequency on electric and combustion engines
The TREYSIT SIROMETER operates entirely mechanically and requires neither batteries nor an external power supply. Measurement is based on resonance at the motor housing or frame, eliminating the need for direct access to hard-to-reach shafts or rotating components.
By turning the upper disc, the measuring wire is adjusted. When the wire shows its strongest vibration, the rotational speed or frequency can be read directly from the corresponding scales.
